In Person Live Training Day (£250 Ticket or subsequent discounted special offer rates)

By purchasing a ticket to attend the Lifestyle Trader Live Trading Day Experience (event) hosted at the Learn to Trade (company) offices , you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility to Attend

·   All attendees must have purchased a ticket for the event or received a special invitation from the company to attend complimentary.     

·   Access to the SmartCharts platform is not included in the ticket price for the event.

2. Ticket Policy

·      Tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the individual named at registration.

·      The £250 or subsequent discounted fee covers attendance only and does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or other expenses.

·      All guest names must be confirmed in writing to the company at the time of booking. Complimentary guest passes can be refused 24 hours before the event.

3. Payment

·      Payment must be paid in full via the payment page provided to confirm attendance.

·      Payment processing and refunds will be made through SmartCharts Software Pty payment provider Stripe and will appear on your statement at Learn to Trade UK.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

·      Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that Learn to Trade cancels or reschedules the event.

·      If the event is rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date, you will be entitled to a full refund.

·      If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time date change to a future available event, provided your request is made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

·      No date changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event.

5. Event Access & Conduct

·      Learn To Trade reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants who do not meet eligibility requirements or who disrupt the event.

·      Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, speakers, and fellow attendees at all times.

6. Recording & Media

·      The event may be recorded and photographed for promotional or educational purposes. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being used in such materials unless you notify us in writing before the event.

7. Liability

·      Learn To Trade is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

·      Participation is at your own risk. Learn To Trade accepts no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

·      Learn to Trade is a trading name of Knowledge to Action Ltd

8. Amendments

·     Learn To Trade and/or The Organisers reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. ·     Registered participants will be notified of any significant changes by phone/email.
